This former acidic rainwater, percolating through glacial till, is buffered and chemically altered to create these multiform environments.

Oh, what a nice adventure! Love all the green. These trips are a luxury in this pandemic. Thank you for sharing! I wish I can see this place and marvel at the plants, too.
