Notice the playhouse, a replica of the larger cottage.

Michael, Iโd be happy to settle in the playhouse and write away! Inspirational location and beautifully photographed! ๐

Writers do stay on the islands for just that purpose and in the west in general. The compliment is most appreciated, Annika.

I can hear the waves gently lapping onto the shore, the occasional call of a sea bird — the only sounds breaking the silence. Beautiful scenes, and I’m intrigued by the playhouse.

This is the protected side of the island, on Galway Bay. The Atlantic side gets wild.
